Project management approach
There are four members who are selected for the project, and they are Donna Chisholm, Dan Streep, Edith Partridge and Erin O'Donnell. They are taking responsibility for contacting with the speakers, preparation of the venue, controlling the financial measures and managing the marketing material respectively.
Project scope
This project will include the planning for the conference, financial planning, marketing planning, and contact with the speakers. The thing that cannot be allowed in the project is the improper selection of the venue, skipping of the communication between the team members, unnecessary spending, and overlooking of the problems.
Milestones
This project will start from the 9th of 2019 and end on 12th November. Within this time the major activities that will be taking place for the project are making a marketing plan and financial plan for the project, contracting with the speaker, contact with the owners of the venue, contacting with the caterer, managing the resources, making the plan and check the plan. Auditing will be implemented to check, report and record the progress of the report.
