1. Project governance plan
Introduction
The present workshop of management consultant has been held in Brisbane in the current year and it is expected that business people will take initiative to improve company brand value. The project manager is responsible to maintain coordination between the project team and make the project successful.
Project governance model
The company should follow a democratic and centralised project governance model. This model develops good communication between the project team and project manager and improves project outcomes.
Compliance requirements
Policy, regulation and legislation of the company will be the same for individual members. Organisational management develops a set of policy, functions and regulation. The control mechanism should be adopted to manage the project. Decision-making tools and models will be also effective (Badewi, 2016).
Stakeholder expectations
Stakeholders are expecting to maintain good communication with team members and make the project successful. Increase company brand awareness in the workshop area (Joslin & Müller, 2015).

Assessment task 3: Project reporting
Review of progress report
Dan has the responsibility of selecting the workshop venue and he received three quotes for the venue. The Park Royal is not available for that day because it already selected by a pharmaceutical company. Hence, Dan has consulted with Hilton with a partnership of $2500.
Donna mentioned that confirmation letters sent to the two speak based on their confirmation. Donna needs 2 more weeks for finalising other speakers and that can be the cause of delay. Donna unable to attain 2nd meeting for interstate and Dan in leave.
Edith has mentioned that the financial team has no printed promotional material of the program. He also mentioned that Betty will take all the financial responsibility in his two weeks’ vacation. A liaise is needs from the authority to make needs from the decision.
As the venue and speakers list have not finalised Erin is unable to prepare the final promotional material. Zaid has already developed some preliminary marketing communication through facebook, LinkedIn and confirm their dates on the calendar. Donna has stated that the deadline will meet the deadline and printed report submitted in next week.
Review of the summary report
The Brisbane Hilton has been considered as the best venue and Ben has smoothly completed the task for event management. Dan now plays the role of corporate relations manager and Ben will be venue coordinator next year.
Donna has reported that the project gains a huge success all the speaker makes very positive comments. The entire speaker should participate in the next project and management makes changes in speaker topics.
As per the Edith report, the total spending of the project is 103,265 and total earning from registration $350,000. The project has made 246,735 profit and Betty resolve all the problems by consulting with the CEO and project manager.
Erin has conveyed about the project success and all the attendees praise event. Zaid has prepared the best report on marketing elements and give the highest opportunity for company growth.
